Building trust: selling services with storytelling
People don’t buy editing or thumbnails. They buy a version of their channel that finally works. The pitch that converts isn’t a feature list — it’s a story where the client is the hero and the service is the guide.
On every quote call I now mirror the goal back first: “You want consistent uploads that actually retain viewers.” Then the deliverables make sense as a path, not a menu.
The structure I use
Name the goal, name the obstacle, show the plan, then quote. Trust is built before price ever comes up.
